Olivia Taylor
Olivia is the Account Manager at Capacita serving clients through project management, grant coordination, strategic planning, and capacity building. In her time at Capacita, she has managed over a dozen projects with a wide range of community-minded organizations. She has particular expertise in aligning strategy and business processes with organizational sustainability and growth. Olivia’s background includes 9+ years in nonprofit operations and program management, and her experience inside of the industry allows her to quickly understand and meet the individual needs of clients including the Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food and Agriculture, The International League of Conservation Photographers, Lutheran Social Services of the National Capital Area, The Festival Center, and the MidAtlantic Food Resilience and Access Coalition, and the USTA Foundation. She earned her MBA from the George Mason University School of Business.
