Management Consulting for The New England Tennis and Education Foundation

The New England Tennis and Education Foundation (NETEF) brought Capacita on to help the organization establish a vision and create a strategic plan. Through facilitated, virtual conversations with board members and key staff, Capacita helped the Foundation craft a vision that is aligned with their culture and priorities. Building on these strategic decisions, Capacita created a strategic plan and a funding design grounded in best practices and research to guide the group towards growth and clarify next steps. 

NETEF also engaged Capacita to build the capacity of two of their grassroots National Junior Tennis and Learning organizations (NJTLs), Serving Stars NJTL and First Serve Bridgeport NJTL. Through this partnership funded by NETEF, Capacita worked directly with these two small organizations to facilitate vision and strategic plans, train key staff in grant research and coordination, and provide board development expertise.
